Having a bad day?

Have you ever had a really shit day, felt run down, unappreciated or just feel like coming home and having a glass of wine or beer … and it then turns into 3 or 5, then you’re eating junk and wondering the next morning why you feel even crappier?

Ugh that’s been me before, but not anymore!

When life kicks the shit out of me, the last thing I need to do is add to how I feel by drowning it.

I have to remember to take even BETTER care of myself so that tomorrow I can wake up feeling great and a strong healthy body to meet the day.

Don’t succumb to the dark side and give into alcohol and junk food when you’re feeling down – save that stuff for a day that you CHOOSE to enjoy it. Stay strong even on your dark days!
