Meet the 5.4 Goal Support Team! – Katina Fimmel

We’d love to introduce you to the pocket rocket, Katina Fimmel, from the FivePointFour Goal support team!  She might be tiny in height but she has a HUGE personality and love for life!  Gosh, she can lift heavy weights too!  She lives and breathes health and fitness and loves connecting with our 5.4 fam!

Tell us a bit about yourself Katina:

I never know what to say with these things! I’m pretty simple I guess. I like drawing and music. I study 3D Animation and probably like Harry Potter too much for someone my age!

What was the moment you were inspired to get fit and healthy?

A few years ago I was really sick in hospital and a doctor pretty much threatened me. They said “If you don’t change the way you live, you’re going to end up right back here”. So I changed, and haven’t been back in since 🙂

What does a typical day look like for you?

Gym, work, uni. Being a legend. You know how it is! 😉

Favourite body part to train:

Fav 5.4 meal:

Definitely the Satay Chicken!

Favourite cheat meal:

Waffles and Custard Tarts.

I’m my happiest when:

I’m doing something new and exciting. I’ve called this year ‘The year of Adventure Kat‘. I have this list of things I want to do this year like cliff diving, bungee jumping and snow boarding. I really want to tick them all off before the year is done.

The one thing I’m trying really hard right now to do is:

Stay focused on my dreams and become the best version of myself I can possibly be.

What do you love about being a goal support team member at 5.4:

I get to work with an amazing crew and be involved in a cause I truly believe in. I understand how important it is first hand to take care of ones personal health and lifestyle, and it’s pretty special to get to communicate with people every day who are on their own journeys to a healthier and happier life.

What is the the most important message you would like to share with the 5.4 fam re their health and fitness is:

Be patient. Sometimes it takes the body some time to heal and return to its optimum state. Stick to it and don’t forget why you started in the first place. Before you know it you’ll be looking in the mirror at a completely new, fabulous person who glows from the inside out and you’ll be so proud of everything you’ve achieved. Look after yourself – not just in body, but in mind too. You are worth every bit of love and care you give to yourself.
